Umbria, Italy’s greenery heart, is a treasure of beauty. Some years ago the Telegraph called it “The new Tuscany” and it really has all the attributes of it and is the perfect region to choose and have an outstanding, romantic wedding. Olivia and Keirran decided to come here to celebrate their love. They got married at Nikis Resort, a fairytale-style venue with a stunning view, surrounded by hills and greenery. The Resort is an ancient village that stands on the hills south-west of Gubbio upon a natural terrace dominating the Valley of D’Asssino. It is composed of the Church, dating 1200, and the main building with its tower and other buildings. A retail of heaven among the Umbrian hills.
Every one, of the Olivia and Keirran’s guests, was enjoying the venue. Even the groom, as a good Finnish man, before his getting ready was having a fun at the spa with his friends…so cool and relaxing.
What about the bride’s getting ready?? She was absolutely lovable. Her dress caught our attention. The ceremony was handled in the garden of this venue with the perfect backdrop of the Valley…it’s really amazing. The lovely atmosphere of this gorgeous place made this intimate ceremony so emotional. The guests come from every part of the world…New Zealand , Finland, England… a melting pot of different cultures. Olivia and Keirras were so passionate, full of love…they were really sweet and we fell in love with Olivia’s addictive smile. With this “Belle Epoque’s atmosphere” we came to the reception’s time… an outstanding imperial table with a sweet recall of the Amalfi coast with lemons as a centerpiece. So Charming and intimate was this dinner with the above lights behind the old tower. Astonishing and unique ending of that day, perfect for Olivia and Keirran’s mood of love.
